3. Bookings & Reservations
When you complete a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the property host for the accommodation described. Howl Hotel acts as an intermediary platform facilitating this transaction. All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms set by each property.
4. Payments
Payment is collected at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes and fees shown at checkout. You agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including any additional fees for extra services or damages.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms vary by property and are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. Refunds are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy. Processing times for refunds vary by payment method but typically take 5–10 business days.
6. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you agree to treat the property with respect, adhere to house rules set by the host, and leave the property in reasonable condition. You are financially responsible for any damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Howl Hotel platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Howl Hotel or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Howl Hotel provides a platform connecting guests with property hosts. We are not liable for the condition of any property, the actions of hosts or guests, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
